Technical presentations
In parallel with the Technical Conferences, some technical presentations and/or demonstrations of new products or designs of recent or future incorporation to the market will be held in the surroundings of the Conference Room.
Date and venue
The Conference will be held in Bilbao, at the "Euskalduna Jauregia" Conference Centre and Concert Hall on 25th and 26th May 2009.
Since the venue is located in the city centre, attendees may easily reach the Euskalduna Conference Centre walking from the centric hotels of Bilbao (15-20 minutes). Bus (stop Sagrado Corazón Square), tram (stop Euskalduna) and Metro (San Mamés Station, exit Sabino Arana) are also available. |

Languages
The papers included in the Conference Proceedings will be written either in Spanish or English. The presentations will be held in one of these languages. Simultaneous interpretation Spanish-English and English-Spanish will be provided.
Attendance Certificate
The participants to the Conference will be awarded with an Attendance Certificate
Dinner
Attendees are encouraged to join a dinner which will be held in May 25th at 9:00 pm in a typical restaurant. Those interested are requested to indicate so whilst filling the Registration Form. Accompanying persons are also welcomed.
